Morgan Kurk
President & Chief Executive Officer
Morgan Kurk has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer, or CEO, since August 1, 2023, and has been on the board of directors of Cambium Networks, the company through which we conduct our business, since August 2023.
Previously Mr. Kurk served as President Personal Protection Equipment at Honeywell International from September 2021 through April 2023. From October 2010 through July 2021, he held various positions including VP of Enterprise segment, VP of Wireless Segment, VP of Broadband Segment, Chief Technology officer and Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President at CommScope.
Mr. Kurk holds an MBA from Northwestern University, an MSEE in Electromagnetics and Optics from the University of Michigan, and a BSEE in Electromagnetics from Brown University.
We believe that Mr. Kurk possesses specific attributes that qualify him to serve as a member of our board of directors, including his extensive experience in the wireless and wireline networking industry along with his operational insight and the expertise he has accumulated at other public companies.
